We want you to love our Candleor products, and we’re here to help if anything doesn’t go as expected. Please read our return and exchange terms below carefully.

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unbroken, and in their original condition.

• You can ONLY request a return.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We are not responsible for:

• Products that are damaged due to misuse.

• Issues caused by not following the provided “How to Use” instructions.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
